International HRM Academy at King’s College London 18, 19 & 20 January 2012

Globalization drives significant international business challenges, many of which arise in managing complex, cross border workforces. Our International Human Resources Academy (IHRMA) specifically helps global organizations address these difficult international business issues; such as current trends in resourcing global multinationals, globalization and the role of international managers, cross cultural business challenges within international operations, opportunities and threats in developing a global employer brand, effective talent management in an international context, and managing workforce risk across global operations.

Our programme helps you think strategically about the management of people in organizations, across different cultural and institutional environments. You work alongside a diverse international group of like-minded professionals from organizations that operate globally. The programme provides comprehensive teaching and insight from leading academics around the world, industry experts and respected practitioners.

We have now added exciting new sessions on international business communication & collaboration, managing virtual teams and the HR challenges of managing global value chains; and will also have senior faculty attending from Cornell’s prestigious ILR School and Centre for Advanced HR Studies.
