What are current trends in the resourcing of global multinationals? As firms continue to globalise what is the impact on managers? How do firms address diversity challenges across international operations? What opportunities and threats are there in developing a global employer brand? What does talent management mean in an international context? How do corporations manage workforce risk across global operations?
The Kings College London HRM Learning Board and The Forum for Expatriate Management are today proud to announce the formation of The International Human Resources Management Academy (IHRMA), developed specifically to help global organisations address these and other highly challenging international business issues.
The IHRMA aims to be the world’s premier body dedicated exclusively to the advancement of education and research in International HR Management. The IHRMA will have faculty drawn from leading academics around the world, senior representatives from The Forum for Expatriate Management and prominent industry figures within the International HR community.
